The sauce here offered with most meals is...devine. It was so much food, and we ate every bit of it like absolute fatties. The Pabellón Criollo (picture attached) was sensational, very homemade unique flavor, believe me, I’m from Caracas Venezuela and I travel the world and this...place is AWESOME. When I do it is my hope the restaurant owner takes action..in this case maybe mystery shoppers or taste testers. At our restaurant, we prepare the traditional Arepas, corn pancakes from Colombia's and Venezuela's gastronomy. The pricing is off..$1 off wine is advertised on the HH menu? The portion sizes are a little small but it feels like a fun Short North date spot without having to drive downtown and find parking. The food was excellent. There are few places in downtown Columbus that are literally empty at happy hour....except this place. Nice Surprise, Great Place, Awesome Venezuelan Food. Arepas are a Venezuelan and Columbian dish--make of a flat ground corn patty topped with whatever, meat, chicken, cheese, veggies, salsa, often with another patty placed on...top, over which is spooned salsa and sour cream or more topping ingredients. This location is only open for lunch so be sure to get there by three. Does not care about customer service. They did not disappoint.
